NBA: Toronto 103, Memphis 91

TORONTO, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Anthony Parker scored 19 points for Toronto, which ran up a big first-half lead and cruised to a 103-91 victory Wednesday over the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Raptors led by just two points after one quarter but went on a 20-2 run and built the lead to 57-39 at the half.

Toronto has won three of its last four games.

Juan Carlos Navarro topped Memphis' scoring with 15 points

Toronto had two players injured in the contest. Chris Boxh left the game with a groin strain and Andrea Barnani hurt a knee in a collision with the Grizzlies' Stromile Swift.
