NHL: Boston 6, Philadelphia 3

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Marc Savard had a goal and three assists, and Glen Murray two goals Monday, carrying the Boston Bruins to a 6-3 win over the Philadelphia Flyers.

Glen Metropolit, Peter Schaefer and Chuck Kobasew also scored, while Zdeno Chara added two assists for the Bruins, who have won three of their last four games. Tuukka Rask made 20 saves for Boston.

Mike Richards had a goal and an assist for the Flyers, who have lost two of three. Mike Knuble and Scottie Upshall also scored for Philadelphia.

Philadelphia's starting goalie Martin Biron gave up three goals on 14 shots in almost 24 minutes. His replacement, Antero Niittymaki, allowed two goals on 17 shots over the remainder of the contest to take the loss.

After beginning the season with six straight home wins, the Flyers have lost their last four home games by a combined 20-11 score.
