MILWAUKEE, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Michael Redd scored a game-best 27 points Saturday night to help the Milwaukee Bucks edge Dallas 97-95.
Trailing by four, Milwaukee began the fourth quarter with a 10-2 run which culminated with two Bobby Simmons free throws for a 70-68 Bucks lead.
The Mavericks later drew even at 79 and held a 90-88 advantage before a see-saw ending which saw Redd sink four straight free throws to give the Bucks their fifth straight win.
Dallas was led by Josh Howard's 24 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. Jason Terry sank six three-pointers and scored 21 points.
Dirk Nowitzki added 20 points, three rebounds and three assists, as the Mavericks suffered their second straight loss after a five-game winning streak.
