MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Joe Johnson scored 25 points Saturday night as the Atlanta Hawks overcame a 21-point deficit to beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 94-87.
The Timberwolves led 63-45 at halftime before they were done in by a 12-point third quarter -- and followed that with a 12-point fourth quarter.
Atlanta trailed 75-64 heading into the fourth, but then outscored Minnesota 30-12 in the fourth to post its second straight win in a three-game road swing.
Minnesota was led by Al Jefferson's 23 points and 16 rebounds. Marko Jaric had 20 points, three rebounds and six assists.
