COL FB: Auburn 17, Alabama 10

AUBURN, Ala., Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Brandon Cox's one-yard touchdown sneak in the fourth quarter was the winner Saturday as 25th-ranked Auburn beat Alabama 17-10.

Cox completed 12-of-22 passes for 117 yards and Ben Tate rushed for 77 yards on 11 carries with a touchdown for the Tigers (8-4, 5-3 SEC), who have won three of their last four games.

Auburn has won six straight against Alabama for the first time in school history.

Alabama's John Parker Wilson was 12-of-26 for 113 yards and also rushed for a touchdown. Glen Coffee had 20 carries for 60 yards for the Crimson Tide (6-6, 4-4), who finished their regular season with four straight losses.
