KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- JaJuan Smith scored 32 points Tuesday, as seventh-ranked Tennessee buried Middle Tennessee 109-40.

Chris Lofton added 17 points and Ramar Smith chipped in12 for the Volunteers (4-0).

Kevin Kanaskie's nine points led the Blue Raiders (1-3).

The Vols scored the game's first 13 points and 18 of the next 20 for a 31-4 advantage. Tennessee led 61-21 at halftime.
