Ramsey was fined $21,176 for spearing Dallas Cowboys running back Julius Jones in a 38-17 Eagles loss Sunday night.

This isn't the first time these players have been fined this season. Landry was fined $7,500 for a pair of unnecessary roughness calls Oct. 21 against Arizona and Ramsey was fined $5,000 Oct. 14 for a roughing the passer call against the Jets.
