Los Angeles goaltender Jason LaBarbera, coming off his second career shutout Tuesday night, gave up a goal to Jere Lehtinen with 3:55 remaining in the opening period and then blanked Dallas the rest of the way -- finishing with 29 saves.

Brian Willsie scored his first goal of the season midway through the second period and Frolov put a wrist shot past Marty Turco to put the Kings in front.

Mike Cammalleri, who leads the NHL with 10 goals this season, assisted on Willsie's score.

The Stars had won their previous two games.

Dallas center Mike Modano remained five points shy of passing Phil Housley to become the all-time leading scorer among American players.
