MLB: Colorado 13, Florida 0

DENVER, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Franklin Morales and three relievers delivered a five-hit shutout Sunday, as the Colorado Rockies routed Florida, 13-0.

Morales (2-2) allowed three hits and struck out five for the Rockies, who snapped a three-game skid. Colorado stayed 4 1/2 games behind San Diego in the NL wild-card race.

Jorge Julio, Brian Fuentes and Manny Corpas combined to finish things with an inning of scoreless relief apiece.

Garrett Atkins, Chris Iannetta, Matt Holliday and Todd Helton all homered for Colorado, which produced 20 hits in the win.

Hanley Ramirez finished 1-for-3 for the Marlins, who lost for the first time in five games.

Scott Olsen (9-14) was touched for six runs on eight hits in just two-plus innings.
