NORMAN, Okla., Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Redshirt freshman Sam Bradford passed for 255 yards and three touchdowns Saturday, as the fifth-ranked Oklahoma Sooners crushed Utah State, 54-3.
Bradford completed 19-of-26 with an interception. Junior Juaquin Iglesias caught eight passes for 123 yards for Oklahoma (3-0) and Malcolm Kelly caught six passes for 81 yards and two touchdowns.
Allen Patrick carried eight times for 113 yards and a TD and DeMarco Murray rushed four times for 100 yards and a TD. Iglesias also had 29 yards and one TD rushing for the Sooners.
Senior quarterback Leon Jackson was 9-for-14 for just 65 yards for Utah State (0-3). Sophomore Jase McCormick was 6-for-10 for 22 yards and was sacked twice. Jackson and McCormick each threw an interception.
Curtis Marsh led Utah State in rushing with 32 yards on 11 carries.
