Chad Gaudin (11-11) -- who gave up six runs to the Rangers in just 3 2/3 innings Saturday -- survived six innings while allowing three runs Thursday night.

Huston Street pitched a perfect ninth for his 15th save.

Kevin Millwood (9-12) allowed eight hits and six runs over 4 2/3 innings to take the loss. He was working on short rest after leaving Sunday's game against Oakland after only 1 1/3 innings because of a lengthy rain delay.
