MLB: San Diego 6, Arizona 4

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Mike Cameron homered and Khalil Greene drove in the go-ahead run in a four-run sixth Tuesday, as San Diego honed in on NL West-leading Arizona with a 6-4 win.

Greene ended 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored, and Josh Bard drove in a pair of runs for the Padres, who have won the first two of a four-game series to pull within one game of the Diamondbacks for the division lead.

Adrian Gonzalez also scored twice for San Diego, which continues to lead the wild card race by three games over Philadelphia.

Padres starting pitcher Justin Germano (7-7) got the win, allowing three runs on seven hits, striking out four and walking three over six innings.

Conor Jackson went 3-for-3 with a homer and two RBI for the Diamondbacks, who have dropped six of nine.

Arizona starter Brandon Webb (14-9) gave up six runs on seven hits, striking out four and walking three, in 5 1/3 innings.
