DENVER, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Garrett Atkins drove in six runs Wednesday as the Colorado Rockies walloped the Milwaukee Brewers 19-4.
Both Atkins and Troy Tulowitzki had four hits with Tulowitzki stroking a two-run homer in the fourth inning. Brad Hawpe also hit a two-run homer, while Ryan Spilborghs knocked a solo homer among his three hits as the Rockies completed a three-game sweep.
Colorado's Matt Holliday extended his hitting streak to 10 straight games with a triple in the second.
Milwaukee's Prince Fielder hit his 34th home run this season, a two-run blast in the fourth. Both Corey Hart and Ryan Braun had two hits and one RBI, while Joe Dillon had a run and three hits for the Brewers, who have dropped four in a row.
Colorado's Todd Helton left in the third with back spasms.
