Radwanska moves into Italian quarters

PALERMO, Italy, July 19 (UPI) -- Third-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska Thursday reached the quarterfinals of the Internazionali Open in Italy with a 6-3, 6-4, victory over Klara Zakopalova.

Radwanska was joined in the quarterfinals by Emilie Loit, who was a 6-1, 6-1, winner over Kira Nagy, and No. 8 Agnes Szavay, a 6-4, 4-6, 6-2, victor over Ekaterina Bychkova.

Lourdes Dominguez Lino also advanced with an 8-6 (7-5), 6-0, decision over Sorana Cirstea.
