MLB: Cleveland 10, Philadelphia 6

CLEVELAND, June 20 (UPI) -- Casey Blake and Jhonny Peralta both drove in two runs as part of Cleveland's eight-run sixth inning Wednesday as the Indians shelled Philadelphia 10-6.

Trot Nixon added three hits and two RBI in helping C.C. Sabathia become the American League's third 10-game winner.

Sabathia (10-2), gave up four runs on five hits over six innings.

Philadelphia's Jon Lieber (3-6) surrendered seven runs on 10 hits in 5 1/3. He left the game with a sprained right ankle during Cleveland's big inning.

Cleveland pounded out 13 hits in support of Sabathia, who has gone at least six innings in all but one of his 16 starts this year.
