MLB: Tampa Bay 5, Toronto 3

TORONTO, June 7 (UPI) -- Delmon Young hit a two-run single in the top of the ninth Thursday afternoon as Tampa Bay beat the Toronto Blue Jays, 5-3.

Tampa Bay led 2-0 when Brendan Harris hit a solo homer and Ty Wigginton hit an RBI single in the third inning.

The Blue Jays pulled into a 3-3 tie on Adam Lind's RBI groundout in the fourth and Alex Rios' two-run homer in the fifth.

Greg Norton's RBI double gave Tampa Bay a 3-1 lead in the top of the fifth.

Carl Crawford had three runs and three hits for the Devil Rays, who have won four of five. The winning pitcher was Gary Glover (3-2). Al Reyes recorded his 15th save.

Jeremy Accardo (1-1) was the loser.

Tampa Bay's Edwin Jackson gave up three earned runs and four hits in six innings with two walks and six strikeouts.

Toronto's A.J. Burnett yielded three earned runs and seven hits in seven innings with three walks and 13 strikeouts.
