Ochoa remains in LPGA lead in Mt. Pleasant

MT. PLEASANT, S.C., June 2 (UPI) -- Lorena Ochoa bogeyed three of her last six holes Saturday but shot a 2-under 70 to take a 3-shot lead after 54 holes of the Ginn Tribute in South Carolina.

Ochoa, No. 1 woman golfer in the world, finished three rounds at 11-under 205. Nicole Castrale (68) is second at 208.

LPGA Tour rookie Angela Park (71) and Cristie Kerr (67) are tied for third at 209. Angela Stanford (71) is fifth at 211.

Tournament host Annika Sorenstam, playing for the first time in weeks due to an injured neck and back, struggled to a 74 Saturday and is part of a group tied for 28th place at 217.

A steady rainfall bothered players all through the round.
