In the third round, Broadhurst shot a 4-under 68, while Fisher overcame four dropped shots at the end of the front nine to shoot a 3-under 69.

"I went to the papers on Friday hoping to read about myself and I didn't," Broadhurst said. "That will be in the papers tomorrow, won't it?"

"You're going to have some sticky moments around here because it's such a tough, demanding course," said Fisher about the Wentworth Club's West Course. "You're always up against it."

Marcus Fraser (70) and Richard Sterne (66) are tied for third place at 9-under 207. Justin Rose (73), one of the overnight co-leaders, is alone in fifth at 7-under 209.
