MILWAUKEE, May 18 (UPI) -- Torii Hunter hit the eighth grand slam of his career Friday and Boof Bonser struck out a personal-best 11 in delivering Minnesota an 8-1 win over Milwaukee.
Bonser (2-1) allowed the lone run on three hits. The Twins have won five of the last six games he has started.

Jeff Cirillo hit a two-run homer in the seventh and drove in another run with a triple. The Twins won for only the second time in nine games.
The loss went to Chris Capuano (5-2), who gave up six runs on seven hits in 5 1/3. Capuano suffered his second loss in less than a week after opening the season with five wins.
The Brewers have lost six out of eight.
