MLB: Cleveland 9, Cincinnati 4

CLEVELAND, May 18 (UPI) -- Grady Sizemore had four hits and drove in three runs Friday, carrying Cleveland to a 9-4 inter-league decision over Cincinnati.

Sizemore hit his seventh homer of the season in the third inning -- a two-run shot -- and wound up scoring three times in helping the Indians win their fifth game in six outings.

Ryan Garko contributed a three-run homer to Cleveland's 13-hit attack, while Jhonny Peralta had three hits and one RBI.

The win went to Cliff Lee (2-0), who allowed four runs on six hits in six innings. Only two of the runs were earned. Lee is 8-0 in his career against National League teams.

Kyle Lohse (1-5) surrendered seven runs and seven hits in only 1 1/3 innings. It was his shortest outing in six years and he is still seeking his first victory since April 15.

Cincinnati has lost six out of seven.
