NBA: Utah 100, Golden State 87

SALT LAKE CITY, May 16 (UPI) -- Derek Fisher scored 11 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter Tuesday night as the Utah Jazz ousted Golden State from the NBA playoffs, 100-87.

The Jazz scored the final 12 points in Game 5 to reach the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 1998.

Andrei Kirilenko had 21 points and 15 boards and Carlos Boozer had 21 points and 14 boards to pace Utah, who will play either Phoenix or San Antonio in the conference finals.

The Suns play the Spurs in Game 5 Wednesday night.

Baron Davis led the Warriors with 21 points. Golden State shot 36.4 percent and committed 31 personal fouls during the game.
