WILLIAMSBURG, Va., May 11 (UPI) -- Sarah Lee has a two-shot lead after two rounds of the LPGA's Michelob ULTRA Open Golf Tournament at the famed Kingsmill golf course in Williamsburg, Va.
In Friday's second 18 holes, Lee, a native of England in search of her initial professional title, shot a 3-under-par 68.
Her overall score through 36 holes is 11-under 131, which equals the tournament's lowest score at the halfway point.
An 8-under 63 on Thursday gave her the lead after the opening round.
"I'm working hard and I know what I'm doing," Lee said. "I've got more experience, I believe. So we'll see."
Her round began with four straight pars, but was bogey-free with pars over her final six holes.
Jimin Kang (65) and Carin Koch (69) share fourth at 6-under 136.
The cut was 1-over 143, and 77 players made it.
