MLB: Cleveland 5, Baltimore 4

CLEVELAND, April 27 (UPI) -- Grady Sizemore hit an inside-the-park three-run homer Friday night to help the Cleveland Indians edge Baltimore, 5-4, for their sixth win in a row.

The homer came during a five-run sixth, when Cleveland scored all its runs.

Josh Barfield hit a two-run single, while Sizemore and Casey Blake both had two hits for the Indians, who have won seven of eight.

Winner Jake Westbrook (1-2) was charged with three earned runs and six hits in 6 1/3 innings, with one walk and five strikeouts.

Joe Borowski recorded his ninth save of the season.

Brian Roberts smacked a two-run double and had two hits, while Corey Patterson and Miguel Tejada had one RBI each for the Orioles, who have lost five in a row.

Losing pitcher Steve Trachsel (1-2) gave up two earned runs and five hits in 5 2/3 innings, with four walks and three strikeouts.
