CHICAGO, April 25 (UPI) -- Cliff Floyd and Derek Lee both had four hits and two RBI Wednesday afternoon as the Chicago Cubs routed Milwaukee, 9-3.
Lee hit his first home run of the season and scored twice in a game that featured a long rain delay. Ryan Theriot and Michael Barrett each had two hits and two RBI, Mark DeRosa hit an RBI single, and Felix Pie had a run and two hits for the Cubs, who snapped a three-game losing streak.
Winner Ted Lilly (2-2) gave up two runs -- one earned -- and six hits in seven innings, with no walks and three strikeouts.
Tony Graffanino went 2-for-4 with an RBI, Rickie Weeks hit a solo homer, and one run scored on a fifth inning groundout by Tony Gwynn Jr. for the Brewers, who lost starter Ben Sheets to a right groin strain in the fourth.
Milwaukee's four-game winning streak was broken.
The loser was Elmer Dessens (1-1).
