Goodell furious over NFL scouting leaks

NEW YORK, April 25 (UPI) -- National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell has warned management of all 32 professional teams he won't tolerate scouting leaks as happened last week.

Goodell also ordered a review of all procedures at the scouting combine after Pro Football Weekly published a story saying Georgia Tech receiver Calvin Johnson, Clemson defensive end Gaines Adams and Louisville defensive tackle Amobi Okoye had admitted to experimenting with marijuana, USA Today reported.

In his warning letter, Goodell said leaking such information was "conduct detrimental to the game," and undisclosed disciplinary action would be taken by those who breached confidentiality.

"We've got to be very careful not to let information that is supposed to be confidential get distributed," he told the newspaper.
