Petrova, Golovin in Amelia Island final

AMELIA ISLAND, Fla., April 7 (UPI) -- Top-seeded Nadia Petrova and eighth seed Tatiana Golovin won their semifinal matches Saturday at the Bausch & Lomb Championships in Amelia Island, Fla.

Petrova, of Russia, beat 13th-seeded Austrian Sybille Bammer, 7-6 (7-4), 6-1. France's Golovin beat sixth-seeded Serbian Ana Ivanovic, 6-4, 3-6, 6-4.

Golovin takes a one-sided advantage in career matches over Petrova into Sunday's final match -- with four victories in five meetings.

The winner will collect $88,260.
