Ohio State beat Georgetown, 67-60, in the first semifinal of the night.

In January, Florida beat Ohio State to win the NCAA football championship.

The Gators have the chance to become the first back-to-back basketball champions since Duke won consecutive titles in 1991 and 1992.

In a rematch of last year's national title game -- which the Gators won, 73-57 -- UCLA (30-6) again fell far behind. Bruins' leader Aaron Afflalo was in foul trouble most of the night, finishing with 17 points, all in the second half. Josh Shipp led UCLA with 19 points.

Chris Richard had 16 points for the Gators, who have won nine straight overall, and 11 in a row in the NCAA Tournament. Al Horford added 17 rebounds.
