COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 20 (UPI) -- Fredrik Modin scored two goals Tuesday night to lead the Columbus Blue Jackets to a 5-2 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks.
Gilbert Brule had a goal and an assist for the Blue Jackets, who won for just the second time in six games. David Vyborny had a pair of assists and Derrick Walser and Ole-Kristian Tollefsen each scored their first goals of the season.
Fredrik Norrena made 22 saves for Columbus to earn his 20th win of the season.
Rene Bourque had a goal and an assist for the Blackhawks, who have lost three of their last four games. Cam Barker had two assists, Jason Williams also scored and Nikolai Khabibulin made 25 saves in the loss.
