COL BKB: Stanford 88, Oregon 69

STANFORD, Calif., Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Brook Lopez had 26 points and nine rebounds Saturday while leading the Stanford Cardinal to an 88-69 victory over the 17th-ranked Oregon Ducks.

Lawrence Hill added 15 points for the Cardinal (17-8, 9-5 Pac-10). Mitch Johnson and Fred Washington each had 12 points in the win and Washington also had eight assists.

Aaron Brooks scored 25 points and Tajuan Porter added 20 for the Ducks (20-7, 8-7), who have lost three in a row and five of their last six games.

Stanford broke the game open with a 15-0 second-half run -- just after Brooks made a three-pointer to pull Oregon within 59-56 with 9:31 left.
