YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Mike Green led the way Wednesday night with 23 points and seven rebounds as 11th-ranked Butler belted Youngstown State, 71-58.
The Bulldogs used a 19-5 surge late in the first half to forge a 39-23 advantage at the half.
Pete Campbell had 20 points and six rebounds; A.J. Graves had 11 points and three assists; and Brandon Crone added seven points and three rebounds as Butler extended its winning streak to seven games in a row.
Quin Humphrey and Keston Roberts scored 17 apiece; Byron Davis had 14 points, three assists, and five rebounds; while Humphrey had 12 rebounds for the Penguins (9-14, 4-7), who have dropped three in a row and four of their last five games.
