COL BKB: Ohio State 68, Tennessee 66

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Ron Lewis made a three-pointer with 12 seconds left Saturday as the fifth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes beat the 20th-ranked Tennessee Vols, 68-66.

The Volunteers (13-4) held a 66-65 edge after a Chris Lofton lay-up with 45 seconds to play.

Greg Oden got a rebound for Ohio State (14-3) and the Buckeyes pushed the ball up the court before Lewis received the ball behind the arc and sank his game-winning shot.

Lewis had only five points to go with six rebounds -- but Oden had 24 points, 15 rebounds and three blocked shots and Mike Conley added 16 points as the Buckeyes overcame 20 turnovers to win for the fourth time in their last five games.

Lofton had 23 points and Ramar Smith added 14 points and nine rebounds for Tennessee.
