NBA: Philadelphia 108, Denver 97

DENVER, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Kyle Korver came off the bench to score 26 points Tuesday as Philadelphia spoiled Allen Iverson's first game against his former team, downing Denver 108-97.

Korver finished 10-of-20 shooting from the floor, grabbing four rebounds and dishing out four assists. Miller scored 17 points with 10 assists and Steven Hunter chipped in with 13 points for the Sixers, who improved to 2-3 on their current seven-game road trip

Iverson led the Nuggets with 30 points and nine assists in the game, and finished 10-of-24 from the field, but was ejected with 1:44 remaining in the fourth quarter for his second technical of the contest.

. Yakhouba Diawara netted a career-high 23 points and pulled down six boards for the Nuggets, who have dropped three in a row. Earl Boykins donated 13 points and Marcus Camby finished with eight points and 16 rebounds in defeat.
