NHL: Calgary 6, Phoenix 3

GLENDALE, Ariz., Dec. 17 (UPI) -- Jarome Iginla had two goals and two assists Saturday night to lead Calgary past the Phoenix Coyotes, 6-3.

He scored his first goal in the first period to give Calgary a 1-0 lead before two minutes had elapsed.

His second score came in a three-goal third period.

Daymond Langkow had a goal and three assists; Tony Amonte had a goal and two assists; and goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff made 32 saves on 35shots for the Flames, who have won three of their last four games and four straight against Phoenix.

Ladislav Nagy, Mike Comrie and Travis Roche each scored a goal; and Mikael Tellqvist gave up five goals on 30 shots for the Coyotes, who have lost four of their last five games.

On the power play, Calgary was 3-for-7; while Phoenix went 0-for-3.
