NFL: Tennessee 24, Jacksonville 17

NASHVILLE, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- Cortland Finnegan returned a fumble 92 yards for a touchdown Sunday afternoon as the Tennessee Titans beat Jacksonville, 24-17.

Tennessee put together a 17-point third quarter to overcome a 17-10 halftime deficit, and then held off a late Jaguars rally.

In the big quarter, Rob Bironas kicked a 27-yard field goal, Finnegan returned the fumble by David Garrard, and Chris Hope went 61 yards for a score after intercepting a Garrard pass.

Vince Young was 8-for-15 for 85 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions, and "Pacman" Jones returned a Garrard interception for an 83-yard touchdown for the Titans (7-7), who won for the fifth straight time.

Garrard was 22-for-37 for 233 yards, one touchdown and the three interceptions. Maurice Jones-Drew scored once and gained 98 yards on 25 carries, and Reggie Williams made four catches for 88 yards for the Jaguars (8-6), who had won their previous two games.
