NBA: Chicago 111, New Orleans 108

OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Andres Nocioni scored a season-high 31 points Friday night as Chicago edged the New Orleans Hornets, 111-108.

Luol Deng had 21 points, six rebounds and four assists for Chicago. Kirk Hinrich totaled 17 points, four rebounds, five assists and two blocked shots; Ben Gordon had 17 points and five assists; while Nocioni added 13 rebounds and two assists for the Bulls, who have won three in a row following a six-game losing streak.

Rasual Butler scored 33 points for New Orleans, which was playing a home game at Oklahoma City. Chris Paul had 25 points, 18 assists and 11 rebounds; Jannero Pargo scored 18 points; Marc Jackson had 15 points and six rebounds; and former Bull Tyson Chandler had two points and 17 rebounds for the Hornets, who have a four-game losing streak.

Chicago had a 59-47 halftime lead. Both teams had 33 rebounds.
