Justin Rose grabs the lead at Melbourne

MELBOURNE, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- England's Justin Rose Saturday shot 4-under-par 68 to grab the lead after three rounds of the European Tour's MasterCard Masters at Melbourne.

With his third straight round in the 60s, Rose took a two-shot lead into Sunday's final round.

His overall score was 13-under 203.

"There are a lot of hungry guys behind me," Rose said, trying to guard against overconfidence. "I thought at the start of this week that 15-under would have a chance of winning. There are still plenty of guys who can do that, so I'll need to play well still."

Australia's Greg Chalmers (68), Raphael Jacquelin (67) of France and surprising Australian amateur Aaron Pike (72), who led after the first two rounds, share second place at 11-under 205.

In his Saturday round, Pike made double-bogey at No. 1 and closed with two bogeys on the remaining holes.
