SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Kammron Taylor and Alando Tucker combined to score 31 points Saturday afternoon as seventh-ranked Wisconsin beat Auburn, 77-63.
Taylor had 16 points and five rebounds. Tucker had 15 points, four assists and two steals.
Jason Bohannon scored 10 points as the Badgers (5-1) bounced back from a 66-64 upset loss to Missouri State Friday.
DeWayne Reed had 17 points, seven assists and three rebounds for Auburn. Frank Tolbert had 12 points, six rebounds and two assists; while Korvotney Barber scored 10 points for the Tigers (4-2), who have lost two straight after starting the season with a four-game winning streak.
Wisconsin had a 35-25 halftime lead and also won the rebounding battle, 28-26.
The contest was the consolation game of college basketball's South Padre Island (Texas) Invitational.
