LINCOLN, Neb., Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Brandon Jackson scored two touchdowns and gained 184 yards on the ground and in the air Friday as No. 23 Nebraska beat Big 12 rival Colorado, 37-14.
Jackson rushed for 142 yards and one TD, and caught six passes for 42 yards and a score. Zac Taylor passed for 249 yards and two touchdowns for the Cornhuskers (9-3, 6-2 Big 12), who had already clinched a spot in the Big 12 Conference Championship.
Nebraska will meet Oklahoma for the conference title Dec. 2.
Terrence Nunn picked up 52 yards receiving, and defensive end Barry Turner scored on a 29-yard pass on a fake field goal for the Cornhuskers.
Bernard Jackson passed for 131 yards and a touchdown for Colorado. Riar Greer caught a touchdown pass and Cody Crawford made five receptions for 79 yards for the Buffaloes, who finished the 2006 season 2-10 -- 2-6 in the Big 12 North.
