Granada captures the ADT Championship

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Julieta Granada shot a 4-under-par 68 Sunday and was the winner of the LPGA's season-ending ADT Championship in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Her $1 million paycheck is the largest in the history of women's professional golf.

"It's just been incredible this whole week," Granada said. "I just went out and played my game and it turned out, you know, to be the best score today. I'm so happy. I've been waiting for this all year. It's cool to get the biggest paycheck."

Lorena Ochoa (70) was second, Karrie Webb (71) was third, with Il Mi Chung (72), Natalie Gulbis (72), Mi Hyun Kim (72), and Ai Myazato (72) all tied for fourth place.

Eight players advanced to Sunday's final 18 holes which amounted to a one round shootout, with overall three-day totals wiped out.

Among the players who did not qualify were Juli Inkster, Se Ri Pak, and Morgan Pressel.
