NHL: Nashville 5, Columbus 4

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Gary Agnew's first game as Columbus' interim head coach was a disappointment as the Blue Jackets fell to visiting Nashville 5-4.

David Legwand scored two goals and had an assist to lead the Predators while Scott Nichol tallied the game-winning goal.

Nichol broke a 4-4 tie with eight minutes left in the game as streaking Nashville went on to its seven wins in their last eight games

Agnew took over the Columbus bench when Gerard Gallant was fired on Monday after getting the team off to a 5-9-1 record.

Rick Nash had a pair of goals and an assist for Columbus.
