SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 22 (UPI) -- Fred Funk shot three straight birdies on the back nine and went on to win the AT&T Championship golf tournament in San Antonio.

It was his first win on the Champions Tour.
"I'm just so thrilled," he told reporters. "I finally did what I wanted to do when I came out here. I just had a ball all week."
For the win, Funk collected $240,000.
