NFL: Baltimore 28, Oakland 6

BALTIMORE, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Steve McNair completed 16-of-33 passes for 143 yards and Jamal Lewis rushed for 70 yards to lead the Baltimore Ravens over Oakland, 28-6.

Adalius Thomas had a Ray Lewis type of day with seven tackles, two sacks and an interception as the Ravens defense throttled the Raiders, forcing three fumbles and three interceptions.

McNair had one touchdown and threw one interception as Baltimore improved to 2-0. Lewis had 70 yards on 13 carries. Derrick Mason had five receptions for 46 yards as the Raven's offense outgained Oakland's 264 yards to 164 yards.

Andrew Walter took over the Raiders' offense in the first quarter when Aaron Brooks injured his right shoulder and completed 10-of-27 passes for 162 yards and three interceptions.

The 0-2 Raiders play the Cleveland Browns after a bye week.
