ST. LOUIS, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Scott Rolen homered twice and drove in seven runs Friday to power the St. Louis Cardinals to a 14-4 win over the San Francisco Giants.
Chris Duncan also hit a pair of homers and Albert Pujols drove in two runs for the Cardinals, who lead Cincinnati by 5 1/2 games in the National League Central.

Jeff Suppan (12-7) allowed three runs on eight hits in seven innings.
Brad Hennessey (5-5) suffered the loss, yielding six runs on five hits in just two innings.
Pedro Feliz and Kevin Frandsen each homered for the Giants, who dropped to three games behind National League wild-card leader San Diego, pending the outcome of the Padres' Friday night game at Los Angeles.
