MLB: San Diego 7, LA Dodgers 2

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Geoff Blum went 4-for-4 and drove in three runs as the San Diego Padres beat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 7-2, Wednesday night to complete a three-game sweep.

Mike Cameron had three hits, including a solo homer, and Mark Bellhorn had two hits and two RBI for the Padres, who ran their winning streak to four games.

Woody Williams (7-4) won his third straight start, giving up two runs on five hits over seven innings.

Wilson Betemit had a solo homer and Andre Ethier had an RBI triple for the Dodgers, who have lost three straight and five of their last seven games.

Dodgers starter Brad Penny (13-7) served up six runs on seven hits with four walks and five strikeouts over four-plus innings.
