NFL: Oakland 23, San Francisco 7

OAKLAND, Calif., Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Aaron Brooks passed for 125 yards and a touchdown Sunday as the Raiders beat San Francisco, 23-7, in an NFL pre-season contest at Oakland.

Brooks, who had struggled in the previous two exhibition games after signing a free agent contract in the off-season, completed 10-of-17 passes and also had an interception.

His touchdown pass was for eight yards to Doug Gabriel in the first quarter.

Back-up Andrew Walter went 8-of-10 for 99 yards.

ReShard Lee, LaMont Jordan and Justin Fargas combined for 126 yards on 35 rushes. Randall Williams had three receptions for 53 yards and John Madsen added two catches for 52 yards for the Raiders (3-0).

Alex Smith and Trent Dilfer combined for 152 yards passing for the 49ers.

Frank Gore had 42 yards on seven rushes, Antonio Bryant made one reception for 46 yards and Michael Robinson caught a six-yard touchdown pass from Dilfer for the 49ers (1-1).
