CHICAGO, June 27 (UPI) -- Rickie Weeks Jr. drove in two runs and Gabe Gross scored three Tuesday as Milwaukee scored four runs in the top of the ninth to beat the Chicago Cubs, 8-5.

Milwaukee used Chicago miscues to take the lead. Corey Koskie led off the inning with an infield single and Damian Miller followed with a walk. Gross then laid down a bunt to move the runners over a base. Chicago closer Ryan Dempster tried to get the runner at third and his throw sailed into left field, allowing Koskie to score the tying run.

With runners on second and third, Corey Hart hit a ground ball to short that went right through the legs of Ronny Cedeno, scoring Miller while moving Gross to third. Weeks's fly ball to right was deep enough to plate Gross, giving the Brewers a two-run lead.

Carlos Lee hit his 25th home run of the year for the Brewers. Zach Jackson yielded three runs on six hits through 5 2/3 innings in his fourth major league start.
