MLB: Baltimore 6, Toronto 4

TORONTO, June 12 (UPI) -- Ramon Hernandez went 3-for-5 with a home run Monday to lead the Baltimore Orioles to a 6-4 victory over the Toronto Blue Jays.

Brian Roberts went 2-for-4 with two runs batted in for the Orioles, who had lost two of three at Minnesota to start their 10-game road trip. Jay Gibbons returned from the 15-day disabled list and went 2-for-5 with a run scored.

Baltimore's Kris Benson (7-5) earned this win, allowing three runs on five hits with six strikeouts and three walks in six innings. Chris Ray got his 16th save, giving up one run in the ninth.

Toronto righthander Casey Janssen (5-4) gave up five runs on eight hits with four strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings to take the loss.

Alex Rios hit two homers for the Blue Jays. Gregg Zaun homered in the ninth.
