MLB: Milwaukee 4, St. Louis 3

MILWAUKEE, June 10 (UPI) -- Corey Hart had a pinch-hit RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning Saturday night as Milwaukee edged St. Louis, 4-3.

Both Geoff Jenkins and Carlos Lee had two hits and one RBI, and Rickie Weeks scored two runs for the Brewers (30-33).

Milwaukee has four wins in its last six games.

In relief, winning pitcher Matt Wise improved to 4-3.

Derrick Turnbow earned his 17th save.

Hector Luna had one run and three hits, Scott Rolen hit a solo home run to extend his hitting streak to 14 games, while both David Eckstein and Juan Encarnacion had two hits for the Cardinals (36-25), who lost for the sixth time in their last eight games.

The loser was Randy Flores (0-1).
