MLB: Colorado 2, Houston 1

HOUSTON, May 13 (UPI) -- Luis Gonzalez and Todd Helton each had one RBI Saturday night as Colorado edged the Houston Astros, 2-1.

Both Danny Ardoin and Cory Sullivan had one run and one hit; while both Helton and Brad Hawpe had two hits for the Rockies (21-16), who snapped a three-game losing streak and won for the first time at Houston since April 3, 2003.

In 6 1/3 innings, winner Aaron Cook (4-3) gave up one run and five hits with two walks and six strikeouts. Brian Fuentes earned his ninth save.

Preston Wilson hit a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning for the lone run; and Mike Lamb had one run and three hits, including two doubles, for the Astros (21-16), who have lost seven times in their last nine games.

Losing pitcher Roy Oswalt (5-3) allowed eight hits and two runs in seven innings with one walk and four strikeouts.
