SUTTON COLDFIELD, England, May 13 (UPI) -- Despite a bogey at 18 Saturday, Paul Casey maintained his lead after three rounds of the British Masters Golf Tournament at Sutton Coldfield, England.
At 13-under 203, Casey, of England, leads reigning U.S. Open champion Michael Campbell of New Zealand by two shots.
Casey, who began the day with a three-stroke advantage, carded a 2-under 70 Saturday, while Campbell shot 4-under 68. Casey sees Campbell as his chief competition on Sunday.
"When I see certain guys up there ahead of me, it makes me try a little bit harder," Casey said. "This week is a prime example between myself and Paul. We've had a bit of a thing going on."
Darren Clarke of Northern Ireland (70) is alone in third at 10-under 206.
Stephen Gallacher and Johan Edfors, both from Sweden, both shot 70 and share fourth at 9-under 207.
